Dy对Nb-Nb_5Si_3共晶合金显微组织和力学性能的影响

AbstractNb-23Ti-10Ta-2Cr-18Si-xDy(原子分数(%)x=0.0,0.1)共晶合金主要由(Nb,Ti)_(ss),α-(Nb,Ti)_5Si_3和γ-(Nb,Ti)_5Si_3相组成.稀土元素Dy的加入使组织明显细化,尤其表现为硅化物尺寸的减少.Dy主要偏聚在晶界和相界,偏聚比约为2.5.Dy的加入有利于合金室温和高温强度以及室温塑性的提高.
