Abstract在25Kg真空感应炉上用镁钙合金对超低碳奥氏体不锈钢00Cr18Ni10进行了保碳脱氧研究。通过控制充入纯氩所达到的炉内压力和精炼时的反应温度,以及调整镁钙合金和助熔剂CaF2的比例和数量,可以使得精炼后00Cr18Ni10的O含量降到了4~6ppm,同时Mg、Ca残余量在痕量范围内,而增碳甚微。
