Abstract测试、分析了一系列Bi系高温超导体的红外吸收谱。实验结果表明:Bi系高温超导体铜氧面内Cu-O键的伸缩振动与其超导特性密切相关,表现为Cu—O键伸缩振动吸收峰强度的变化与样品零电阻温度的变化规律一致。而Bi(Pb)─O(2)-Cu伸缩振动的频率与Pb的掺杂量有关,表现为随着样品Pb含量的增多,该频率的声子模向频率减少的方向移动。
