激光重熔陶瓷层的显微组织和相结构

Abstract用大功率CO_2激光器对在1Cr18Ni9Ti基体喷涂的Al_2O_3-13wt-%TiO_2陶瓷涂层进行重熔,获得了均匀的陶瓷重熔层。采用透射电镜通过选区电子衍射、衍衬像及X射线能谱分析(EDAX)等手段对激光重熔陶瓷层的微观组织和相结构进行了观察研究。结果表明,激光重熔陶瓷层中TiO_2与部分Al_2O_3生成Al_2TiO_5,其余的α-Al_2O_3晶粒有少量的基体元素渗入,并均匀分布着许多细小的超结构相,在Al_2TiO_5中较多的Ti元素被基体元素取代。α-Al_2O_3与Al_2TiO_5相的分布随着与表面的远近呈有规律的变化,在靠近表面和靠近基体处Al_2TiO_5呈条状和块状分布在α-Al_2O_3的晶界处,且靠近基体的Al_2TiO_5量越来越多。
