HK40耐热钢凝固过程的研究

Abstract利用液淬-金相法研究了HK40耐热钢的凝固过程。结果表明,HK40钢的固相线和液相线温度分别为1406℃和1190℃,并在1300℃时开始析出γ+碳化物共晶,且共晶形态与熔池形态有关。TEM分析结果表明该碳化物共晶为γ+M_7C_3。DTA结果与等温凝固结果基本一致。
