| Abstract | 利用液淬－金相法研究了ＨＫ４０耐热钢的凝固过程。结果表明，ＨＫ４０钢的固相线和液相线温度分别为１４０６℃和１１９０℃，并在１３００℃时开始析出γ＋碳化物共晶，且共晶形态与熔池形态有关。ＴＥＭ分析结果表明该碳化物共晶为γ＋Ｍ＿７Ｃ＿３。ＤＴＡ结果与等温凝固结果基本一致。 |
