| Abstract | 本文阐述了定向凝固参数对8090Al-Li合金固液界面形态和溶质偏析行为的影响。结果表明:当下拉速度R<0.13mm/min(温度梯度G_L=130℃/cm)时,可得到平面凝固组织,当R>0.75mm/min(G_L=130℃/cm)时,可获得枝晶组织,且R越大,枝晶越细小。胞晶组织存在范围很窄,元素Cu偏析较严重,杂质元素Fe,Si也有很大偏析,界面形态对溶质偏析行为有显著影响。以粗枝晶凝固时,偏析比较大,凝固组织粗大。 |
