Abstract针对传统氰化提金工艺能耗高、浸出速度慢、流程较长等问题,进行了边磨边浸氰化提金新工艺的研究,塔式磨浸机是该工艺的核心设备。本文论述了塔式磨浸机的构造、工作原理、基本设计过程及主要技术特点。试验结果表明,与同规模CIP工艺的磨浸工序相比,利用该设备提金,磨矿效率可由原来的9.3kg/kW?h提高到24.5kg/kW?h,浸出时间由几十个小时降至1.5h,磨浸工序电耗为30kW?h/t矿,节电60%左右,工艺流程也大大简化。
