热处理温度对奥氏体不锈钢碳化物形态、强度及腐蚀性能的影响

Abstract研究了热处理温度对奥氏体不锈钢的碳化物形态与分布及强度与抗腐蚀性能的影响。结果指出,M_(23)C_6弥散分布于晶内或晶界,Nb(CN)以夹杂物形态在晶界呈块状析出。M_(23)C_6随加热温度的提高而减少,而Nb(CN)的数量在870~1230℃范围内无明显变化。弥散分布的M_(23)C_6可提高钢的屈服强度,而Nb(CN)对钢的强度没有明显影响。但晶界M_(23)C_6与Nb(CN)都能导致钢的晶间腐蚀。
