| Abstract | <正>镍—丁二酮肟分光光度法操作简便、分析速度快,通常应用于低含量镍的测定,由于目前国产分光光度计如721型不配置微机,故只能在T/A表头上读取吸光度,因此测定高含量镍误差较大.沈志洪等研制了Apple-Ⅱ同时采集和处理四台721型分光光度计测试数据联机装置,该联机装置在吸光度≤0.1时采集精度比T/A表头读数提高一个数量级,0.1～0.6A为1.5～5倍,而且准确吸光度量程扩展到1.5A.这样有可能用丁二酮肟直接光度法测定高含量镍,并选择 |
