Abstract本文通过高功率(2KW)CO_2连续激光对高速钢W18Cr4V进行相交硬化处理表明,激光淬火能获得晶粒极细,W、V、Cr等合金元素进一步固溶而强化隐针状的马氏体,并在其基体上镶嵌颗粒变小的碳化物。使多种刀具寿命提高系数为1~10。
