| Abstract | 本文利用DSC差热分析、红外吸收光谱和正电子湮没试验,研究了硫系非晶态半导体Se的玻璃转变。结果表明,可用Mott等人提出的MDS模型和Kaster等人提出的换价理论对非晶Se的玻璃转变进行解释。 |
