| Abstract | 以混样法为基础,建立了一个适用于各种情况的无标定量相分析方法.本法无需计算试样的吸收系数;无需任何外加物相;容许所提供的试样包含有不同的相数.本方法还能对部分感兴趣的物相单独进行定量.相含量用同一样品中不同物相的衍射谱线强度比来表示,有利于减小不同样品由于实验条件的差异引起的误差,从而提高定量的准确性. |
