热等静压处理对改善K 38铸造镍基高温合金材质的作用

Abstract本文通过对 K38铸造镍基高温合金热等静压工艺研究表明:铸件在1160~1180℃,1200Mpa,保温保压3hr 条件下进行热等静压处理,可以改善铸造合金的材质,能有效地消除铸造叶片内的宏观缩孔和显微疏松等铸造缺陷。显著地提高合金的持久寿命和塑性,改善拉伸性能,延长低周疲劳寿命。缩小试样之间以及同一铸造叶片不同部位的性能差异。
