扩大渗硼工艺应用的探讨

Abstract本文对不同含铬量的1Cr13、1Cr18Ni9Ti、Cr25A15、Cr26Mo等不锈钢及GT-35钢结硬质合金在800~1000℃渗硼处理或预渗铬后渗硼处理工艺进行了试验研究,得到了渗硼层硬度达HV~3000,且在潮湿大气中不受腐蚀的渗硼层。对于渗硼工艺的进一步推广应用和发展有所裨益。
