| Abstract | <正> 本文利用内耗测量,配合晶界附近区域的微区Auger电子能谱分析,X射线相结构分析。合金组织的观察及相应力学性能的测定,研究一种钴基高温合金中碳的弛豫内耗峰。钴基高温合金经锻造成直径20mm试棒。冷拔成直径0.9mm细丝,均经石英管真空(4Pa)封接后在普通电炉内进行。1170℃,0.5h固溶处理和760℃的时效处理。合金成分列于表1,两种材料主要在La含量上有所差别。在高温、高真空(4×10~(-3)Pa)、低频(～1 |
