Snoek-Kster弛豫的机理

Abstract根据位错弯结理论对于含填隙溶质原子的体心立方金属冷加工后的Snoek-K(o|¨)ster弛豫机理作了分析,除了螺型位错上弯结对热激活形成拖曳填隙原子运动以外,几何弯结侧向运动拖曳填隙原子扩散也应该引起S-K弛豫.可以存在六种不同的S-K弛豫过程.给出了六种有效激活焓表达式.根据这些表达式对Nb-O和Ta-O的计算值与前文报道的实测值在多数情况下十分接近.这表明本文关于S-K弛豫机理的建议是较为合理的.
