Abstract<正> 气孔是钛和钛合金及其他活性金属(锆、铌、钒等)最常见的焊接缺陷,并且目前还没有办法完全消除它。气孔不仅是应力集中的因素,而且气孔边缘的金属含氢量高、塑性低,结果使接头塑性和疲劳寿命降低。带气孔的焊接接头的承载能力不仅取决于气孔引起的承载断面的减少,而且取决于气孔间距和埋藏深度,当气孔间距小
