Abstract在15Mn26Al4低温钢中系统的研究了微量镁对热加工性的影响,从断裂特征的扫描电镜观察和断口成份的离子探针分析,发现炼钢过程中被合金元素铝所还原的镁或加入的微量镁在晶界富集,形成低熔点偏析层或共晶膜,随温度升高,局部熔化,降低晶界强度,它是损害钢材热加工性,产生晶间脆断和造成轧制报废的原因。
