Preparation and Doping of Anodic TiO(2) Nanotube Array

摘要The preparation and application of TiO(2) nanotube array are widely investigated in recent years. Anodic oxidation adopted to prepare TiO(2) nanotube array has attracted intensive attention due to its simplicity, low cost and easy industrialization. The preparation of TiO(2) nanotube array by anodic oxidation is reviewed in this paper. Key factors affecting the formation of anodic TiO(2) nanotube array are discussed based on the formation mechanism of anodic TiO(2) nanotube array. In combination with the results of our research group, how to adjust tube diameter, tube length, wall thickness, and improve the quality of surface morphology of anodic TiO(2) nanotube array by changing voltage, potential sweep rate, electrolyte, temperature and oxidation time are summarized. Finally, the development on the doping of anodic TiO(2) nanotube array is presented.
