摘要 | Microstructure analysis indicates that Te/Bi core/shell nanowires are formed by a solution phase epitaxial growth process. The obtained Te/Bi core/shell nanowire composites possess a greatly enhanced Seebeck coefficient and a lowered thermal conductivity. |
