摘要 | One-dimensional nanostructured superconducting La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 was synthesized by a sol-gel template method. It was found that there is a morphology crossover from nanorods to nanowires as the heating rate increases during the fabrication process. A plausible growth mechanism was developed to explain this morphology controllable synthesis which can be extended to grow other similar one-dimensional nanostructures. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V.
