摘要 | A novel Ni-6Cr-7Al nanocomposite (in wt.%) was fabricated by co-electrodeposition of Ni with Cr and Al nanoparticles from a nickel sulfate bath. The nanocomposite consisted of nanocrystalline Ni matrix and dispersed nanoparticles of Cr and Al. The nanocomposite, compared with conventionally arc-melted Ni-6Cr-7A1 alloy, exhibited a dramatically increased hot corrosion resistance under molten (0.9Na, 0.1 K)(2)SO4 in air at 900 degrees C, because the unique structure of the nanocomposite favored the rapid formation of external alumina scale.
