摘要	A Pb/Al multilayer prepared by cold rolling and annealing was investigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The nanometer-sized Pb inclusions embedded in the Al layer have been found by TEM observations. A tentative mechanism of the formation of Pb inclusions was discussed. (C) 2002 Acta Materialia Inc.
