摘要 | A three-dimensional anisotropic finite element analysis was performed to calculate the hydrostatic pressure, elastic strain energy density and von Mises stress associated with periodically arranged cubic gamma' precipitates in the gamma matrix of Ni-based superalloys. Inhomogeneous and anisotropic elastic media are considered, the effects of different lattice misfit and external loads are investigated. The results show that the asymmetry of the hydrostatic pressure, the strain energy density and von Mises stress could be used to predict the gamma' directional coarsening. The contribution of hydrostatic pressure to the total driving force is smaller than that of von Mises stress and the elastic strain energy. The reason was briefly discussed. |
