Study of the dynamic thermal expansion of Bi-based high-T-c superconductors

摘要The dynamic process of thermal expansion (DPTE) of Bi-based high-T-c (HTC) superconductor thin films (Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10, T-c=105 K) is studied theoretically to explain the experimental results obtained by Guo et al [1]. Two groups of parameters are obtained to fit the experimental data, the agreement is good. Compared with the normal state? the an harmonic effects are greatly enhanced in the superconducting state. Both the asymmetry of the mutual repulsion of the atoms and phonon softening are enhanced in the superconducting state, the increase in phonon softening being especially large, up to 10(3) in magnitude. In the end, the mechanism of the HTC superconductors is tentatively discussed.
