Roles of pressure in the formation of a multilayered Al/Fe-Mo-Si-B nanostructured composite

摘要A multilayered Al/Fe-Mo-Si-B nanostructured composite was prepared by annealing the alternate layers of amorphous (Fe-0.99, Mo-0.01)(78)Si9B13 (FMSB) and Al ribbons for 30 min al 873 K in the pressure ranging from 3 to 5.5 GPa. The effects of pressure on the crystallization products of the amorphous FMSB, the grain sizes of the nanocrystallized FMSB and interfacial phases in the composite were studied, and mechanisms underlying these effects were suggested.
