摘要 | The structural stability of Nd2Fe14C formed in Nd16Fe84-mCm (m = 8, 8.2, 9) alloys depends sensitively on the composition and annealing time (t(a)). When the annealing temperature (T-a) is 900 degrees C and t(a) < 6 min, Nd2Fe17Cx in Nd16Fe75.8C8.2 transforms to Nd2Fe14C gradually. When t(a) > 10 min Nd2Fe14C transforms to Nd2Fe17Cx. The amount of Nd-rich phase in Nd16Fe75C9 alloy increases with the increment of annealing time when the annealing temperature is 900 degrees C. The best magnetic properties are achieved in Nd16Fe75.8C8.2 alloy annealed at 900 degrees C for 6 min, for which the remanence, intrinsic coercivity and maximum energy product are 6.2 kG, 10.6 kOe and 7.9 MGOe, respectively. |
