Crystallization and phase evolution of the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O nanostructured materials

摘要The preparation of nanocrystalline Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O grain clusters from amorphous state is reported. The crystallization and phase evolution of the nanostructured materials are also discussed. Both the annealing temperature and time control the grain sizes of the samples. The most optimum temperature for crystallizing nanocrystalline Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O grains is 400 degrees C - 750 degrees C.
