SILICON-NITRIDE NANO-POWDERS PREPARED BY DOUBLE-BEAM OPTICAL STIMULATION

摘要A new method with double-beam optical stimulation is presented for synthesizing Si3N4 nano-powders. Some new physical phenomena of Si3N4 are revealed, and they are characteristic of oxygen adsorption and new spectral features. The HP sintering results are also presented.
