摘要	The ground state energies of an exciton in a GaAs/Ga1-xAlxAs quantum well structure for perpendicular magnetic field of arbitrary strength are studied. The results show that the energy of the magneto exciton will be increased with the increase of quantum well width and magnetic field strength.
