摘要	The paper deals with the application of the perimeter-area relation. The correct expression used in measurement is deduced. The relation between the initial length, level and yardstick are clarified from the measurement angles. The influence of level and initial length on Hausdorff dimensionality D(m) and ratio factor a measured are discussed using the results from the computer simulation. The conditions necessarily to be met in measurement with the perimeter-area relation are indicated. The physical meaning of these conditions are discussed.
