摘要A new method is developed for the determination of activation energies for nucleation (E(n)) and for growth of nuclei (E(g)) during crystallization of amorphous alloys. This method is based on the crystallization kinetics theory and the experimental results of the variation relationships of local activation energy E(c)(x) and local Avrami exponent n(x) with the crystallized volume fraction (x) during crystallization of an amorphous Ni-P alloy. Calculation results of E(n) and E(g) in the case of crystallization of the amorphous Ni-P alloy by this method show that this method is not only simple in the experimental procedures, but also accurate in the quantitative results.
