摘要 | " 高铬钢轧辊作为热轧带钢粗轧后架工作辊已经在国内外得到广泛应用。在竞争日益激烈的轧辊行业,生产出满足用户技术要求的高铬钢轧辊并不断提高其性能,不仅具有理论意义,而且具有经济意义。 本文通过查阅大量文献,结合鞍钢轧辊厂丰富的离心轧辊铸造经验,对高铬钢复合轧辊研制过程中出现的缩松缺陷进行了系统分析,并通过调整中间层材质成分、改进浇注工艺等措施使缺陷得以消除,有效提高了高铬钢轧辊综合性能和使用寿命。主要工作内容有: 1、对缺陷部位进行形貌、成分检测分析,排除气孔、夹杂等可能,判断出在高铬钢轧辊离心铸造过程中产生了缩松(针状缩孔)缺陷。 2、为消除高铬钢轧辊结合层部位的针状缩孔缺陷,以提高轧辊性能,制订出调整中间层材质、改进工艺等措施。 3、根据改进措施进行生产试制,并进行系统检验。重点检验改进工艺后轧辊的探伤、硬度、抗拉强度等性能。 4、通过检验对比发现,改进工艺后生产的高铬钢轧辊在保证原有良好性能基础上,消除结合层缺陷,进一步提高轧辊厂高铬钢轧辊生产技术。 关键词:离心铸造,高铬钢轧辊,缩孔缺陷,消除 " |

Following major elements: 1, We do testing and analysis for defects area in composition and shape, Exclude porosity, inclusions, etc. Determine the high-chromium steel roll in centrifugal casting process produces a shrinkage (needle-like holes )defect. 2, To eliminate shrinkage defect of needle-like hole in connect layer of high-chromium steel roll,, To improve the roll performance , We adjust the middle layer of material, process improvements and other measures. 3, Pilot production according to the improved measures, And system tested, Focus on the inspection non-destructive testing, hardness, tensile strength and other properties after improving process of the roll. 4, Found by examining the contrast, Improve the process after the production of high-chromium steel roller to ensure good performance, based on the original, And the binding layer defects can be eliminated.
