| Abstract | 本装置属于材料力学应力分析测试仪器,其电路结构由甄别器、计算机接口板、应力仪的控制电路及PC计算机组成,应力仪的X光光子脉冲输入甄别器,输出再送入计算机接口板,接口板的控制信号来自应力仪控制电路,接口板输出直接联接PC计算机。本实用新型之优点：可以从计数率计的甄别器的输出端以数字量方式采集所射线信息的计算机接口,并将信息送入计算机进行数据处理,数据采集程序提供了连续扫描和定点计数两种工作方式,速度快,精度高,稳定性好,整个装置通用性强,成本低,便于推广。 |
