Abstract本发明涉及电力杆塔用纳米复合氟碳重防腐涂料及其制备方法,涂料由双组分构成,组分一由0.2-30纳米金属粉、10-85合成树脂、0-40着色颜料、有机缓蚀剂0.01-5等组成;其制备是首先将合成树脂、溶剂、纳米金属粉、助剂加入分散缸中进行高速分散,然后研磨,经过滤后制成纳米复合氟碳重防腐涂料的组分一,将固化剂与溶剂分散混合制成纳米复合氟碳重防腐涂料的组分二,组分一和组分二按比例均匀混合得到涂料;本发明提出采用纳米金属粉和有机缓蚀剂的方法制备纳米复合氟碳重防腐涂料,提高了涂层的耐候性和耐蚀性。
