| Abstract | 本实用新型涉及型材弯曲技术领域,具体为一种复杂型材张力绕弯成形装置,解决现有技术中型材弯曲工艺中产生的质量缺陷问题。该装置设有动模、凹模型腔、调节机构,动模与凹模型腔相对应设置,动模的一端设有调节机构,动模中的滑动体与调节机构连接,动模的另一端与凹模型腔通过轴连接。型材的一端安装于夹头中,型材的另一端安装于拉伸装置中,在型材的旋转方向上设置有标尺。本实用新型可以成形复杂截面形状的型材,且弯曲件的成形质量好,回弹量小。 |
