| Abstract | 本发明涉及一种纳米氧化铝浆组合物及其制备方法,按重量比计,该组合物由一次粒子的平均粒径在150nm以下的纳米氧化铝10-70％、高分子分散剂0.5-17％、余量的溶剂组成；其制备方法是将高分子分散剂加入溶剂中,再加入纳米氧化铝,用高速分散机400-3000rpm分散10-60分钟,所得的纳米氧化铝浆研磨20分钟-24小时,制成纳米氧化铝浆成品。本发明的纳米氧化铝浆是一种高固含量、低粘度分散体系,其单分散性好,具有高度稳定性,可广泛用于陶瓷、涂料、油墨、纺织、化妆品和胶粘剂等领域。 |
