| Abstract | 耐高温防腐蚀硅酸钾涂料、对应涂层的制备方法。耐高温防腐蚀硅酸钾涂料由溶质和溶剂两大部分构成,其中溶质部分中组分甲为模数为3.0～4.0的液态硅酸钾,占涂料总重量百分比的30～80%；组分乙由占涂料总重量百分比1～15%的纳米Cr粉、3～20%的三聚磷酸铝、5～20%的Zn粉和10～50%的三氧化二铝构成；溶剂为水,溶剂和溶质的重量比例关系为1:3～10。使用前述涂料制备所述涂层的方法：将涂料喷涂或刷涂到经过喷砂处理的钢铁材料零部件表面,表干5～10min在炉温为200～260℃条件下保温0.5～4h；取出空冷后即获得所述涂层。本发明所述涂层同时具有耐高温、防腐蚀、耐水的特点,具有良好的抗热震性... |
