Abstract本发明涉及纳米技术和腐蚀防护技术,具体为一种具有高耐蚀性的无铬纳米复合聚氨酯航空涂料及其制备方法。涂料由双组分构成,按重量份数计,组分一由0.2-30纳米浆、10-85合成树脂、0-40着色颜料、有机缓蚀剂0.01-5、防锈颜料5-40等组成;将合成树脂、溶剂、纳米浆、助剂等原料进行高速分散,然后研磨,经过滤后制成无铬纳米复合聚氨酯航空涂料的组分一,将固化剂与溶剂分散混合制成无铬纳米复合聚氨酯航空涂料的组分二,两组分按比例均匀混合得到涂料;本发明采用新型防锈颜料和有机缓蚀剂制备无铬纳米复合聚氨酯航空涂料,使得纳米粉体材料在涂料中分散稳定,并且提高了涂层的耐蚀性。由于使用无铬防锈颜料,制备的涂料...
