| Abstract | 本发明涉及合金无缝管,具体地说是一种细径合金无缝管内壁质量控制方法。其操作步骤为：合金锻造圆棒经机加、钻孔成管坯,然后依次在60、30、15、12及8轧机上冷轧轧制,最后经一道次空拔即可。本发明能提高细径无缝管的内壁质量,在质量控制工艺方法上回避了热穿孔,使产品变形量小,质量大大提高。 |
