| Abstract | 本发明涉及一种限制性扫描气体雾化系统,由气体雾化喷嘴、导流机构及扫描摆动机构组成,导流机构位于气体雾化喷嘴中间,气体雾化喷嘴通过连接件与扫描摆动机构相连,所述导流机构轴线与气体雾化喷嘴中轴线重合。本发明解决了限制性雾化喷嘴不能摆动扫描的问题,使雾化气体与金属液体的作用能够更为充分,可节省雾化气体的用量,改善扫描雾化过程中的雾化效果,提高喷射成形坯的质量,并可用于喷射成形较宽幅板坯、管坯、棒坯。 |
