| Abstract | 本发明涉及竹材加工利用技术,即提供了一种竹材加工的实用性工艺技术。其主要特征采用软化、加压形状固定,使原来密度提高到0．8～1．4g／cm3,含水率＜12％,为竹材的利用和制造竹胶合板、层状板等提供便利。比普通的劈篾省工省料,特别是制品表面平整光滑。并可根据需要,控制压缩比,提高竹板密度和强度；也可将胶合剂、增强材料、电磁屏蔽材料、阻燃和防腐等材料压入竹材内部,制成多种用途和功能的竹制品及复合材料。 |
