| Abstract | 一种超声气体雾化制粉设备,由炉体,内置坩埚,超声雾化喷嘴构成,底部置收粉机构,其特征在于：将炉体分割成上下两室,上室为熔炼室,坩埚外套感应加热线圈置于其中；坩埚通过超声雾化喷嘴与下室—雾化室相连；熔炼室和雾化室分别通过管路与真空机组相接,在雾化室通往真密机组的管路上设置高压气阀。使用本实用新型所提供的超声气体雾化制粉设备,可以使合金粉末粒度均匀,粉末的形状为球形,流动性好,含氧量低,产率高,特别适合于MCrAly合金粉的制备。 |
