| Abstract | 本发明属于无机纳米材料技术领域,具体涉及一种单分散纳米介孔二氧化硅的合成方法。它以阳离子表面活性剂为模板剂,三嵌段非离子表面活性剂为辅助模板剂和分散剂,在温和碱性条件下,形成溶胶反应液,进而合成出单分散纳米介孔二氧化硅材料。该方法合成的介孔二氧化硅材料具有纳米级的单分散均匀球形颗粒,具有较好的有序介孔孔道,具有较高的比表面积和较大的孔体积,因而在催化、大分子分离、传感器、光学材料、生物芯片、有机-无机纳米复合材料以及化学机械抛光磨料等方面具有广阔的应用前景。 |
