Abstract一种单晶碳化硅制备方法,涉及陶瓷材料的制取技术,其主要特征是采用二氧化硅微晶粉末为原料、石墨粉为还原剂,再加入氟化物作为晶须生成剂,在1400—1600℃Ar保护下反应4—5小时,可制备出直径为3—5μm,长为5—10mm的单晶纤维。由本发明所提供的单晶碳化硅纤维为新兴的复合材料和复合材料领域提供了理想的组元。
