Abstract本发明涉及复合膜制备技术,更具体地说,是涉及一种电触点用Ag/Cr2O3复合膜及其制备和应用。复合膜由Ag基体和弥散其中的Cr2O3颗粒组成:按质量百分数计,Cr2O3颗粒含量为1.5%-15.0%,其余为Ag。复合膜的制备分两步进行:首先采用Ag与Cr颗粒共电沉积的方法在浸Ag打底的Cu基体上制备Cr颗粒弥散分布的Ag/Cr复合镀层;然后通过Cr颗粒的原位内氧化,使Ag/Cr复合镀层中的Cr颗粒氧化生成Cr2O3颗粒并均匀弥散于Ag基体中从而获得Ag/Cr2O3复合膜。本发明工艺简单、成熟,易于推广。与采用复合电沉积制备的Ag/3.9Cr2O3复合膜和文献中报道的采用合金内氧化法制备的常用A...
