| Abstract | 一种高复杂程度平板类高温合金铸件的制备方法,其特征在于：首先制备陶瓷型芯,将其放入模具中制备蜡模,对陶瓷型芯进行定位,然后组合蜡模；将蜡模进行涂料、脱蜡、焙烧,然后装箱,浇注,最后进行脱芯,制得铸件。为了适应高温合金铸件结构日益复杂化、零件质量轻化化的需求,本发明具体提出了一种薄壁且存在复杂内部空腔结构的现代高温合金铸件的制备方法,其填补了技术空白,具有较大的经济和社会价值。 |
