| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种高强度致密碳化硅陶瓷球及其制备方法,按重量分数计,其成分由90％～98％的碳化硅和10％～2％的硅组成；其制备过程是将碳化硅粉、高产碳率树脂、短陶瓷纤维或短碳纤维混合制成料浆；经过风吹除去多余乙醇、练泥、挤压成球,然后在高压容器内高温、高压固化,将固化后的球形前驱体在真空或惰性气体保护炉中进行前驱体热解,得到与碳陶瓷球形胚体,用盘式研磨机将球形胚体研磨到所需尺寸,进行渗硅反应,使球中的碳与气相或液相硅反应生成碳化硅,并与碳球中的原始碳化硅颗粒结合,从而得到高强度致密的碳化硅陶瓷球,最后经抛光处理即可得到高尺寸精度的高强度碳化硅陶瓷球产品。本发明工艺简单,易于大量制备。 |
