| Abstract | 本发明主要涉及涂层技术,具体地说是一种用于高温合金防护的梯度 MCrAlY涂层及制备方法；本发明通过电弧离子镀(AIP,即Arc Ion Plating)共 沉积加真空扩散退火的方法,制备Al元素浓度沿深度方向呈梯度分布的MCrAlY 涂层。与现有的常规MCrAlY高温防护涂层相比,本发明所涉及的这种梯度 MCrAlY涂层有效地提高了涂层中Al存储相含量,从而可以提高涂层抗高温氧 化、抗热腐蚀性能,并能有效地延长涂层使用寿命。该梯度涂层及其制备方法可 应用于Ni基、Co基高温合金的防护。 |
