| Abstract | 一种挤压铸造薄壁半球型铸件的模具,由挤压头、型腔、顶出机构三部分构成,其特征在于：所述挤压头由上模板、过渡板、压头自上顺序连接而成,所述型腔由外套、底型腔、水冷套、连接法兰、下模板组成,顶出机构由顶出杆、导向套组成。本实用新型可以一次性成型薄壁半球型铸件,所生产的铸件密度高,气密性和机械性能好,且成本低,效率高。 |
